Off stream: You get the written report within 5 business days after your payment is confirmed. Live on stream: I post the stream time in your thread within 5 business days after your payment is confirmed. You get the written report within 2 business days after the stream. If your order is still not delivered 5 business days after the delivery time above, write in your order thread. You then get a full refund.

After you pay, Stripe sends you to your private link, and we email you the link after payment. Save it anyway, because the link is still the only key. Save it before you close the page. The operator cannot recover it. Save your report and your pull request link when you get them. This site erases them 90 days after the order ends. The notice email holds only your link, not a copy.
