Terms

SigmaShake sells reviews of websites, web apps, and applications. These terms are short on purpose.

What you get

• Review. A human reviews your product off stream and sends a written report.
• Live review. The same review, on the public live stream. You must tick the stream-consent box. The stream is public, recorded, and stays replayable on the channel archive.
• AI audit. AI agents audit your product and write a report. With a repository URL, the agents read the code. With only a URL, the agents read the HTML of that one page. They do not run scripts and do not follow links. Content that a script draws is not seen. Give a repository for a full audit. The agents do not run your product and do not log in to it.
• AI upgrade. AI agents review and update your code. The result is a pull request. The agents fix the serious findings (P0 and P1) with the smallest edit. They do not change CI files, lockfiles, or secrets files. If they find nothing to fix, the job fails and the operator retries it or refunds you in full within 3 business days.

AI agents produce the AI audit and the AI upgrade. The operator approves each delivery before you see it. If an AI job fails, the operator retries it or refunds you in full within 3 business days.

Save your report and your pull request link when you get them. This site erases them 90 days after the order ends. The notice email holds only your link, not a copy.

How long it takes

• Review. You get the written report within 5 business days after your payment is confirmed.
• Live review. I post the stream time in your thread within 5 business days after your payment is confirmed. You get the written report within 2 business days after the stream.
• AI audit. You get the report within 2 business days after your payment is confirmed. The report covers up to ten areas: correctness and tests, security, reliability, performance, accessibility, code quality, minimal code, documentation, operations, and product UX. The report marks an area that the agents cannot check as not checked.
• AI upgrade. You get the pull request within 5 business days after your payment is confirmed.

If your order is still not delivered 5 business days after the delivery time above, write in your order thread. You then get a full refund.

What you promise

• You own the product, or you have the right to share it for review.
• For an AI upgrade, you invited the GitHub account @sigmashake to the repository as a collaborator with write access. A public repository is not enough. For an AI audit: A public repository works. A private repository works on github.com only: invite @sigmashake with read access. A GitLab or Bitbucket repository must be public. If the agents cannot read the repository or cannot push the branch, the job fails. You get a full refund, or a retry after you fix the access.
• You do not send illegal content, malware, or credentials that you use elsewhere.

Your work and the review

You keep all rights to your product. The report is advice. It is not a guarantee that your product has no defects. If you tick the publish box, SigmaShake may publish the finished review as a post. Subscribers read the full text. Everyone reads the teaser.

Your private link

After you pay, Stripe sends you to a private link, and we email you the same link. The link is the only key to your order page or your subscriber page. Save it anyway. If you lose the link and the email, nobody can recover it.

Subscription

The subscription renews every month until you cancel it. Use the Manage / cancel button on your subscriber page. Cancellation stops the next charge. After you cancel, access stays on until the end of the month that you paid for. The current month is not refunded. Access to full posts and the order discount needs an active subscription.

Payments

Stripe takes all payments. Card details never reach this site. See Refunds.

Messages

Each order and each subscription has one message thread. A message is up to 2000 characters. Do not send abuse. When the operator replies, this site emails you a notice with a link to the thread. Do not reply to the email. Use your private link.
